Nanjing Yacer now launches the HDLC synchronous communication product series suitable for train communications, mainly including the following three core products: the HDLC-TCMS Train Synchronous Serial Converter, the HDLC-UART Isolated Synchronous Serial Module, and the HDLC-UDP Isolated Sync Communication Module.
The HDLC-TCMS is a highly reliable and feature-rich onboard protocol converter. It is equipped with 2 Ethernet ports and supports multiple RS-232/422/485 synchronous/asynchronous serial ports or CAN interfaces. This device enables flexible protocol conversion among TCP/IP, CAN, HDLC, UART, and others, while providing isolation protection for each port. Its power supply is compatible with various DC standards such as 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V, 96V, and 110VDC, meeting the electrical system requirements of different train models.
Both the HDLC-UART and HDLC-UDP are isolated embedded communication modules, each providing 2 isolated RS-485/422 synchronous serial ports. The difference lies in their host computer interface forms: the HDLC-UART uses a UART interface, while the HDLC-UDP uses a UDP network interface. Both modules feature a compact size, low power consumption, and utilize a 2.54mm pin-header interface, facilitating embedded integration and secondary development for users.
