Overview

Introduction

Yacer HDLC-ATC Air Traffic Control Data Communication Server is a high-performance protocol conversion device designed specifically for the air traffic control (ATC) field. It provides 2/3/4 Ethernet ports and 4/8/16 synchronous HDLC serial ports, supporting bidirectional interface conversion between serial ports and Ethernet, as well as protocol conversion between HDLC and UDP.

The device reliably receives and transmits ATC surveillance data, supporting two typical application scenarios: first, it is used for multi-channel radar signal access in ATC automation systems and surveillance systems; second, it provides synchronous serial port output support for surveillance data from equipment such as Primary Surveillance Radar (PSR), Secondary Surveillance Radar (SSR), and ADS-B receivers.

Housed in a 1U, 19-inch standard rack-mountable chassis, the product features a low-power, fanless design, ensuring high reliability and silent operation. The dual redundant power supplies further enhance system stability, fully meeting the high demands of ATC scenario for long-term, continuous equipment operation.
